Is the Library free?
Yes. The Academy Library — including all breed guides, gear guides, training and behaviour content, confidence resources, and working-dog information — is free for everyone. Membership adds tools around that knowledge, not access to it.
Do I need an account to read guides?
No. You can search, browse, and read any public guide without logging in. An account adds reading history, saved content, and personalized recommendations.
What does membership add?
Membership adds continuity (reading history, saved guides, continue reading), personalization (recommendations based on your dog and activity), training tools (full library, Build My Session, Quick Train), and benefits (store discounts, partner offers, early access).
Does membership include the training experience?
Yes. Membership unlocks the full training library, session builder, progress tracking, team tools, and private notes.
Are store discounts automatic?
Eligible discounts are applied based on membership status and the published eligibility policy. Some benefits may require a waiting period to prevent short-term membership abuse.
Can I cancel?
Yes. See our Cancellation Policy for details on timing and what happens when a membership ends.
What happens to my reading history if I cancel?
Your account remains. Public Library access remains free. Reading history and saved public content are retained where policy allows. Paid training access and active discount eligibility are removed. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Can I use the website without the app?
Yes. The website is a complete public resource on its own. The training app is an extension for members who want to practise — it is not required to read, search, or save guides.
Can I change my language?
Yes. Language preferences are available in account settings for members.
Is my reading and training history private?
Yes. Reading history, saved content, training activity, notes, and dog profile details are private to your account. They are never displayed publicly.
